Improving Products and Operations

One of the important factors in improving products and operations is understanding and applying proper processes for evaluating and developing technologies. It applies both to meeting the shareholders’ demands as well as regulatory requirements.

For instance, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is responsible for evaluating various technologies’ impact on safety offshore and puts those requirements on the O&G industry. This process requires modeling, analysis, and testing that characterize the efficacy of the new technologies and their impact on offshore systems.

Cogoto has people with the right experience and skills to do this type of work so the customer understands not only the technologies being evaluated but also how they are incorporated into the complex systems used in offshore exploration and production.

This process can also be applied to existing drilling ships and installations to reduce the non-productive time and reduce the cost of maintenance.
